Great video, I have visited Viron many times in Tokyo however the second item you mention in that section of the video is in fact called a "Kouign Aman" which is a Breton word meaning butter cake and not "Queenie Amant" as you have written.

Every time you feature an onigiri specialty place, I seriously lament that no one has thought to import this idea here to Toronto 😢😢😢😢 I can imagine such a place being a go-to breakfast location on the way to work.
