I put salt around the outside of my home, in a circle and black stone at every entrance of my home to stop negative people coming into my home. It works really well. ❤😊😊❤❤❤❤❤

I feel this in my heart and head. I started to breathe fast and just saying I receive the healing energy. It got better. I’m going to listen to this everyday. Drinking water and doing work to let things that do not serve the higher me go.

I felt it very strong in all my body parts, fingers, legs, heart.. strange perceptions... And I've got scared. I'm after a toxic relationship and trying to get back to myself. I listened once but the second I couldn't cause of all the pain appearing in different body parts. I know my energy has been down, but how is that this video causes physical reactions? Is it safe to listen if u have a lot of inner pain? What does this video cause?

It's hard to know outside of a private session. Trust your own intuition. Energy healing is moving so you are likely congested in other energy centers. Please work with a private practitioner.

Can I ask how you make this? Do you give reiki and just put this intention? This one works wonders for me and I would like to learn how to put my own intention or energy to shield myself. I thought some negative feelings were mine, while listening the feelings just went away. Does this mean they are not mine or does the shield protect me from my own negativity? Hoping to learn more so I can better protect myself 😊

There needs to be more thought about receiving healing or protection energy through the eyes, i.e, the videos you play. The eyes are very sensory, like the tongue. A few people are actually performing reiki on you tube which evil people can use as a disguise video. Play them at yheir own game, and create videos which heal.purely by watching it.
