A loom wasn't available, but it was quite easy. Just connect a + and -. Then, you must find the speed signal and cylinder identification signal (for the tacho signal) wire which you must be able to find in the ECU connector. For a R1 it is W/Y for speed and W/B for the tacho signal. I can send you the lay out of the connector if you want. Good luck!

How easy was the gear indicator to wire in? Is it on a loom plug n play for the ECU or separate wiring to the back of the clock?
