Ok as a lil sister, I want to ask you u something.. so, im in 12th grade, my school exams went ok ok and i have my medical uni entrace exams in like 45 days. im not prepared tbh and even though i try to, i feel like i might not get my dream uni.. so i think of taking a gap year but my parents keep telling me about it and reminding me to NOT take a gap year. Its not like I hate the subject or anything, its just be being lazy and feeling burnt out this year. I want to tell my parents that i want to go out and visit places for a month then come back and study again another year.. but i can't. being strict, they took my phone thinking it was the problem and yeah, i literally have no hopes left..

honestly I took a gap year and it was the best thing I did! I understand what you mean though especially as an asian child HAHAHA how i convinced them to let me take a gap year is that during my gap year i will work and also do further maths. That second one was a compromise to my very asian dad. im not sure how much that would apply to you or if this reply is too late but hope that helped!

how did you get predicted grades for uni?

I took a gap year so I didn’t need predicted grades x
