I am a television and film actress who ventured out into digital content creation with SUPERB IDEAS TRENDING, formerly Shitty Ideas Trending. This venture is thanks to my elder daughter Areeza (2012), who drove me to start my own business so as to spend the maximum time with her. But most importantly I am somebody who wants to make a difference by sharing my experience and my research on various matters relevant in today’s time like motherhood, pregnancy, fitness, health, postpartum fitness, breastfeeding, parenting and life. Never swim when it’s raining…it’s harmful for your back…since your immunity is low you have to take extra care in rains…see you have caught fever after the swim…

@@BWWC Before it rains, barometric pressure tends to decrease. When this happens, there's less air pressure exerting itself on your body, which may allow muscles, tendons and other tissue surrounding the joints to expand. The expansion may crowd the joints, putting extra pressure on them, which may lead to pain….. and now the second part,"Swimming pools can get contaminated with dirty water and rainwater during monsoons and exposure to this can cause ear, nose, and even eye infections.

Hello mam, since you told us that you did lots of exercises to make your back strong when you had slip discs issues. I just wanted to know in gym how do you know what are the best exercises for you so that you don’t get your back hurt more if you already had issues.

Beautiful vlog as always Chhavi ji and Mohit ji , Farm ke Borders pe You can plant Moringa trees , Neem trees and Badam trees ( they are becoming rare in India, not the English one , Indian version we can eat the actual fruit before we reached to Badam) Moringa has lots of health benefits and also when you have ample of produce from many trees you can share / sale as well Another good trees to plant is Avocado trees ( 2 is best for cross pollination ) and figs ( I live in the UK and grow lot of things )
