After he does all of this. He still makes time for his academics. Being a "student athlete" is a lot of work. Congrats to Shilo n all student athletes who still get that degree. Physicality is what a lot of folks see or think of most times when it comes to the sport, Howeva IQ and taking care of the body with proper recovery and preparation methods are the biggest separators with athletes along with God given ability. There's levels to this indeed... 😤 I pray that you have a joyful and healthy fall camp and ensuing football season. Same with baseball. A schoolmate of mine pitched for a time with the Twins and Tigers. I asked him at a school reunion, "What's the difference between minor league and major league players?" He said, "With some exceptions of course, all have similar physical abilities. It's the mental aspects of the game that often make the difference."

@@RussCR5187 exactly.......💯 Shilo and Shedeur have been around pro athletes their entire life and the BTS footage that both of them share at times display their mindset if you pay close attention 👀 i.e. when Coach Prime and Shilo had a moment in this video where Shilo stated his mind and body weren't on the same page and Coach Prime was like nah dawg you gotta fix that. Coach Prime definitely focuses on the mental aspect hence the IBelieve slogan IYKYK. Cheers

@shilo the quickest way to catch ones breath is to take three slow deep breaths ( inhale through your nose exhale out your mouth) with in 45 secs you will feel better. Try it. Pass it on to your teammates.

It's a simple discipline that will help you greatly. When you are extremely exhausted, take the 3 slow deep breaths, watch how you begin to feel better within 45 secs.
