I used your guidelines AND I ADDED THE DREADED POTATO TOO!. But I used more ginger, a beef bone broth., Im not a vegetarian, and more onions. I put unground pepper and celtic sea salt. Because its pureed anyway. Also some hot spices . I topped with sreamed brocolli and bacon bits and suggested a dollop of sour cream.

Juice best avoided, eat whole fruits till you have teeth Fruits at morning Salad in afternoon And soup at dinner

This isn't a healthy soup. There wasn't any need to add potatoes in the soup. Puried Carrot is very dense. If you need to add another vegetable along with the carrot, you could have added sweet potato/kumara or even parsnip is great and tastes amazing. I regularly make carrot soup during winters in Auckland. I make it with carrot and parsnip along with half a cup of coconut milk if required.

Pressed arrow by mistake . In another carrot soup vid , the lady added two teaspoons of white rice before the simmering process . This was to add creaminess without adding cream . Just another form of starch . Like the potatoes. 🥕😋

Confused...why is it called ginger carrot soup since you added more garlic and onions compared to ginger...just call it onion garlic soup....and why do ppl have to add garlic and onion to everything...can it be cooked without it to kip it simple...
