That's exactly what I do, Joey! A lot of times, it's all a bike needs... instead of new cable and housing. Tri-Flow has excellent capillary action. And it actually pushes any water out via demulsification. As long as there is no rust or water deposits (swelling) on the inner... you're good to go. 😊 This works great on V-brake cables and pivots, too. The good quality ones have bronze bushings where their porosity holds the lube.
