it does work with ludens people abused it in PBE, then riot decided to remove it from the offical release of the mode ^^

In theory yes, but the difficulty here is that he cannot guarantee Liss will focus Morg. First off, the other player can just move Morg last second, so Mort would have to predict that which is hard. Second, even then Liss has 2 range so she could also focus on another unit in her range to ult.
