This class is about working with our HIPS and PELVIC in tribal fusion belly dance, and more attention of its mobility and isolation work. All you need for class it's yoga mat & yoga block.

Oh my god! Thank you! I've had this pain in my right side lower back for so long and I couldn't isolate the reason for it. Half way through the class I realised why it hurts and how I can fix it

Post my back injury, I haven't been able to get back to the same mobility! I was feeling like I had hit a wall with my rehab.. these exercises are challenging! I could only do half the video but I feel like this is exactly what my back needed! Thank you 😊😊

Oh this will be a fun challenge. I am glad you go in depth and show different ways to get stretches. To many times I would follow videos and a lot of them show the same stretch and ignoring certain muscles. And I am happy to see the footwork at floor level. It makes it easier to know how I am supposed to place my feet. Namaste

Olga, we love you. Me and my fellow dancers from the company admire you a lot. Your videos are very helpful and I feel they made me improve alot. I realy wish you could explain us how to have a beautiful posture/grace while dancing. I usualy can remember the moves, but when I'm dancing I feel like a potato. I am curios about how you make your moves look so graceful and flowy. All the best.

Thank you so much for your words! Oh, posture it's a long topic. And there are no fast tips to improve posture. Because every person so individual and with own background and injures... I have many many exercisers in my arsenal. It's quite hard to upload them on KZfaq 🤣

I know I’m late to this video but this is awesome. I used to belly dance years ago but quit. I still workout 5 days a week but my back pain has been getting worse lately so I started doing an and hip isolations to stretch those areas out. Boy does this video help with the back pain and back and hip tightness caused by arthritis, bursitis and a job that requires me to sit all day. Thank you! And it’s super fun!

Oh yeah i feel you! My dance work also Involves a lot of computer work. And omg! Osteochondrosis sometimes is knocking to my neck 🤣🫠🫠🫠 yesss!!! Our spine was created by nature to MOVE! Use it 💪 carefully of course ♥️

It can be many reasons of issue. Maybe taking the individual classes with any Bellydance or Tribal dance teacher can find solution! ❤️

Put this exercises in your regular practice and use them if you like it. but feel free absolutely to change exercises if they are not comfortable. ♥️🌺 I practice these exercises really often in my personal practice and you are in my classes . I’m not counting. I’m just trying to make them better and better..

My teacher said I use my knees for hip lift/hip shinny. Is this the way to not do that. I still feel like the knees move even when I use my side abs more for this.

Knees moves if you are standing anyway. You can’t stop them since you will sit down. Because of pelvis side tilt, knees compensating to keep your verticalization. But if you can do shimmy in table position everything is great! Obliques works! 💪 Just all attention on obliques if you want to work through them more. ❤️❤️❤️

@@tribalpro thank you for replying so fast!!! 💗💗💗💗 My teacher said that basically I was using my knees to lift my hips for hip lifts and hip shimmies, instead of my obliques. She said that was bad??? When you do the hip shimmy do you feel it in your obliques or do you feel like its your knees straightening back and forth that is causing the hip movement??? The teacher said I learned the hip shimmy wrong, so im just trying to figure out how it should feel. Since, I think the knees will move even during a stationary hip shimmy. I could be wrong though: do your knees move a lot when doing a stationary hip shimmy? Thanks so much for all your advice and quick replies!!!! 🙏🙏🙏

🌿😉 quit moving your arms while doing your intro ... and just Isolate your hip movements. Then we can Focus on the completely separate hip movements.
