@@Praetarius Wouldnt you have been immune to the debuff effects though? The only problematic effect I could see wouldve been the 9/10 HP cut.

Base damage for Freikugel is afaik something like 4x(lvl+str) - I think I had something like 150 as real level, so about to 800 base damage; max level is 255 so that could be another 50% higher x2 with 4 atk buffs x2 with 4 def debuffs on the target x2.5 for charge x1.5 for crit

It's quite appropriate actually. If you've ever read Dante's Inferno, Lucifer here is a fairly accurate representation. Gigantic, tall, long hair... and Satan is trapped in the ninth circle of hell... which is made of ice. Also according to Inferno, he had three faces as well. Now, the Lucifer in this battle battle doesn't LITERALLY have three heads... but there's the boy, the old man, and the fallen angel, his three forms he takes throughout the game. It's kind of amazing how well researched all the creatures in this game are, based on real life writings, religions, tales, lore, etc.

@@Xeper616 i suppose it's understandable. He did fight him solo after all. With a full party this might as well be straight up first take. Tho i'm saying that from my one and only fight with kagutsuchi on normal back when we only had cturne on ps2 (and it's emulator, wink wink). But since "remaster" is out on steam and it has the "clear the game on hard" and "get the TDE", might as well finally get both in one cycle myself. Not gonna solo it tho. No REASON to brag about it. And no achievement for that.

Yaroslav Stanishevskiy I planned that in a last-first approach into an excel sheet. Take a (couple) guide(s) for the game, write the bosses in the preferable order (as long as I can influence this) then note the must-have skills/Mantra for them. E.g. 2nd Bishamon without Anti-Fire and any ice attack isn't happening and Trumpeter demands Endure unless I want to grind another 50 level. War Cry and Counter (or its upgrades) are mandatory, so that blocks 2/8 slots already. A form of magic should be known as often as possible since various physical resistances exist and fleeing just won't happen on hard. Don't ever waste skill slots on healing spells or anything that can be replicated with items or wearing fitting Mantra. And then fill in the gaps with anything that doesn't require forgetting an important skill for later. Focus and physical skills were actually low priority.

well satan can insta kill anyone anytime, and one character cant possibly achieve full buff, before the dekaja/Gods Breath turn, unless defeating him in 3 turns, and he has 30.000 Hp , and maximun overal dmg with critical and full buff is 5000 so.... yeah impossible to solo

He certainly does. Just a lowish chance to use it. Cost me quite a lot of attempts.
