Tried this Shiner Light Blonde this past weekend and I agree with your analysis. When I poured it had a little more of a head than your experienced but went away just as fast. Regardless, I thought it was a very good offering from the Spoetzl Brewery and this one has earned a space in my beer box. Good review. Cheers!

I don’t think it was anything you did, the head didn’t look very tight (that’s what she said) big bubbles like soda, not aesthetically pleasing but it sounds good. Cheers!🍺
