Britney Gilmore, a pharmacist in our Internal Medicine Residency Clinic, was awarded the Shining Star. The person who nominated Britney said that she "truly goes out of her way to help our patients understand and obtain their medications. Britney has been instrumental in helping our team build our Chronic Care Management services as well. She does what is best got the patients and she will not stop until she figures it out."
