Ship hits bridge in Galveston, Texas, creating oil spill

If only the Colorado Health Dept. would do that for water infrastructure. They literally changed their "interpretation" of their own rules in order to allow property developers to build drinking water infrastructure and sell residential water taps for new homes... BEFORE the Engineering division even looks at the engineering designs, treatment process, and feasibility/sustainability docs.

@@mason96575 It's completely backward from how it used to be, when a water infra project couldn't even break ground without a full approval. El Paso County is extremely unhappy about the new interpretation, as their Land Development Code was built on the foundation of all water infrastructure being approved, tested, and safe to EPA standards before water taps could be sold (an obvious intent to protect public health). Now the State won't even accept a design approval package on a project UNTIL it is serving AT LEAST 15 connections!!! Property developers are suing for the ability to sell water taps for new homes long before anyone has verified they are safe to put into service. Now the State is encouraging these lawsuits by defending their new interpretation that suddenly contradicts decades-old policies of hundreds of local governments around the state.

The government and those people in that hearing are the actual trolls lol trying to get us to believe these are just "accidents" that don't happen this many times in a short period by accident. My guess is that this is a cyber attack from close by these bridges attacking the ships and their controls, access to their power, etc... WHY AREN'T THEY TELLING US THE ACTUAL TRUTH???
