I just cannot find the reic inside of the electric room, there’s three, right?

It gives off a shine so you should be able to see it if you haven't collected it already. Its on the same floor of that room that you deliver the batteries, but on the opposite side of the room as I demonstrated in this tutorial. Hope that helps
