I reminded myself, "You will get what you want. You are where you're supposed to be. Just the enjoy the journey and be grateful for every moment. Remember to let go so you can let in. Create what speaks to you so you can speak for yourself. Do it all with love." Very thankful for this meditation.

I did this meditation and the one last thing my future self said to me is "I love you, thank you for making me into who I am." I cannot explain the peace this brings me after struggling so much with self hate and low self esteem. This truly brought me to a place of love for myself that I havent felt since I was a child. Thank you times a million. You are so gifted and appreciated. 🙏✨

I almost never leave a comment on youtube but I want everyone to know that it works. I did this meditation just once in 2021. I visualized my higher self graduating from the uni I wanted. 2 months later I got the acceptance letter and now I'm in my second year. Whenever I wanted something, I prayed, worked, and meditated with the help of this video, and poof, I always got everything I wanted.

I saw myself in another country. Walking on the street. Busy, happy woman. Gorgeous, let me tell you 😄 Curly hair, and leather jacket for some reason. She walked straight. I'm not sure at what point of her career she was, but she was enjoying herself. She's fearless. Not afraid to express her love. When I met her, she immediately hugged me. With compassion. This gave me so much hope, because now I cannot even find kind words for myself... Then she said that everything will come to me, everything will be okay. The important thing for me, she said, is to learn what a true freedom is. I need to explore it, to understand that in reality there are no limits, they're just in my head. I can do whatever I decide to do, I can go wherever I want to. I am more free than I think I am. That's the key. Thank you.

i did it again. started crying and literally shaking at the stratosphere... it's just... there's so much. there's so much! and i am so small. so limited. my radiant self is so alive, so pretty, so confident, so content, so generous, so animated, so light. there's so much love in her, so much wisdom. kindness. she's kind to me and kind to others. she said that i'm not ugly. she doesn't belive it anymore. she's loved. she freely gives love. she said that no one would come to kick me, to save me, to inspire me. but that i can do it all by myself. i just need to continue doing these small things, small steps towards future, i need to choose myself every day for a little. it's gonna be boring sometimes, frustrating, lonely, stupid, but i need to continue. i can do it. there's so much. but it's possible. everything's possible. i just need to be brave and persistent. i brought her when she is. and i will.

I turn 53 tomorrow and have not manifested any of my dreams yet... Have been stuck into a 28 years old trauma for ever. The pain is so embedded in me that I don't even age like other people. I am an ageless child. It was moving to see myself in a year, clearly in tune with a her manifested dreams (nothing fancy but... Love??? Health. Serenity and financial balance.) she told me immediately: "love yourself fiercely, seriously, with an iron fist". One o ly adverb in Italian, "severamente". It's a new concept for me, as it offers a clear cut from the loving myself I am trying now which tends, sadly, to being forgiving and approximative in managing my soul and body. So here goes, thank you so much.

i was not expecting to cry during this meditation. my higher self was so beautiful and radiant, but they didn't look significantly different from the current version of myself. they were just more alive. "you are love and you are beauty. good things will come if you are willing to look for it. say no to self destructive and self deprecating thoughts and actions. say yes to love, happiness, and guidance, both from yourself and from others. follow your path. walk as slowly as you need to." (words from my higher self)

This was insightful. My future self (5 years from now) had everything I’d ever wanted. She told me that the biggest takeaway she wanted me to have was to STOP DOUBTING myself. Everything is going to progress for me, and that the future I want wants me back. She also told me to keep taking divinely led actions and to create when inspired. Future me looked soooo beautiful and her energy was immaculate!!! I was filled with so much peace during this meditation.

i saw myself two years from now, graduating from chapel hill with my bachelor’s degree. my older self told me to let go and remember that i will land on my feet no matter what. through memories, she expressed that i must close this chapter and not look back, for my life will be full of so much abundance in love and joy that the pain will heal quickly even if i feel stuck now. i know that i must forgive myself fully and let me be me. thank you so much for this meditation, i am sending you so much gratitude and peace 🤍☮️✨💟🤍

I have an unpopular opinion, but I would love to hear what you guys think -- IMO manifestation alone isn't enough to achieve your goals. I read a book that explained it's been scientifically proven that the BEST way to achieve your goals isn't to visualize your dream outcome, but rather, visualize the step-by-step PROCESS you will take to get there. So a lot of people aren't manifesting/visualizing in the most EFFECTIVE way.

I think the purpose of manifestation is to achieve a desire without thinking of the steps. It’s great to set a step-by-step process to guarantee you achieve a goal that can be overwhelming and sometimes is hard work. In my experience, a lot of the things I’ve manifested has been from letting the universe/God take control of how I’ll get there. Manifestation takes you to the path of least resistance and will provide the stepping stones to get there. I’ve manifested my car, home, relationship not by hard work but by happy accidents and coincidences. All I had to do was live in the end, follow my intuition and not get caught up in the current state of what is. That’s just my experience though!

I feel like I'm more transparent and clear and might and the particles of my matter just doubled in distance from one another, in infinite directions. I feel like I'm able to set down the weight of expectations, fear, and judgements, making more room between for replacing with pleasure. Shedding the weight of expectations becomes a crucial part of the equation. It is in that release you find pleasure elevated beyond any measure.

She told me to come home, told me I'll be fine with him, she is in my dream career, she has a foster child?? She is out at a bar in my home town looking liek a goddess. Lots of grinding and dirty work that have been happening behind the scenes to finally upload my next one this month, which is more than about 2 hr lng and tackles one of the most common but subtle problems in our society that people might be able to solve if they fully grasp the message I’m trying to portray. Trust me, even when it’s slow, that doesn’t mean that I haven’t been moving forward. Speed is not the greatest determinant of progress and no matter how exhausting it is at times to create videos, I do enjoy the process and this gives me a meaningful existence. I hope that you’ll get value from it. I’m finally almost done with my next video though. I spent several months creating it to present it in the best way I can to provide as much value as I can to viewers. I’m hoping that it’ll be helpful.

Yes, so very happy for you. Retired, completing my memoir and contemplating all the choices I have ahead of me. I'm not confused although I am fearful of walking into the void. Building the courage and confidence to face the fear and do it anyway. I remind myself of all things having a beginning and how successful I was, and so this isn't any different.

@@azizathompson2239 Whoever you are, I don't know you personally but I can say that you're one of the non-judgmental and open-minded people who is not fixated on tangible or external factors in order to learn from someone like me. Just because someone doesn't have a piece of paper as a credential, doesn't mean that person is not entitled to share personal experiences with the hope & intention to inspire others. Keep up with whatever it is that you're doing to improve mankind or improving your life even to a slight degree each day. This is just one part of a bigger puzzle for creating my KZfaq channel about holistic health. I literally could have died back when I was 14 years old due to major depression but here I am right now replying to you, a KZfaqr, who's full of fulfillment and dedication to help others to be a better version of themselves. I wouldn’t have appreciated the power of kindness if someone was not cruel to me. I wouldn’t have realized the importance of growth if I didn’t see myself stagnating. I wouldn’t have appreciated the importance of health if I didn’t get sick. I wouldn’t have realized the importance of real love if I haven’t witnessed my parents’ relationship slowly fall apart. I wouldn’t have appreciated the importance of mindful money consumption if I wasn’t broke. I wouldn’t have appreciated the growth of my KZfaq channel if I didn’t start at 0.

I'll be honest, i listened to this on my way home--no, i was not operating a vehicle. I listened to it in a busy state of mind because I want to be very alert when listening to a subliminal /guided meditation...i just want to make sure it feels right and not manchurian candidate. I absolutely loved it and am looking forward to listening to it tonight as i relax and ready to connect to myself and the universe. It's truly beautiful and I feel safe doing it. That is the most important take away. Btw-I recommended it to a couple of friends and I can't wait for them to do it and us talk about our experiences.

Did anyone else feel a bunch of sparks and movement? Like an electric impulse inside their body once they were with their higher self? It was very illuminating and feel like joy, wisdom and happiness. 🥰 not sure exactly what I was experiencing, and I wished I heard more from my future self and spirit council, but the one message I did make out was to “follow my heart.”

Another OMG! I’ve been meditating for 15 years + (I’ll be 55 in two weeks - meaningful life changing numbers 😇). I’ve experienced so many guided meditations with some deep connections, but never have I actually FELT the best version of myself and my potential reality. It was like I was actually there! Sadly, I didn’t know where I saw myself in ten years. I’ve been severely depressed after losing my mother to cancer this year that it’s felt like a part of me, my inner child, and goals and ambitions have all gotten scrambled up. A part of me has died and I hoped that there would be some hope for me when looking in the comments, that maybe I wasn’t the only one who hadn’t seen a future for herself…but it seems I am alone…I always wanted to be an author since I was a little girl. So many of my professors and beta readers and anonymous workshop readers have all said how much of my writing is a masterpiece and how they wish they would’ve wrote it and I feel…after my mom passed…the gift or skill or whatever it was that people thought I had is gone. I’m lost and in need of some hope

i haven’t had a meditation like this in a while - where i was truly able to leave my body, yet i was still aware of my presence in it. i was both within and without, and it was bliss. there is a special magic that you, and only you, possess that comes from your musical talents mixed with your voice. something about your voice in itself feels to me as if it were made for this type of guided experience, and i feel so blessed to have stumbled upon your work. i also feel blessed to exist in a timeline where this is what you share with the world. so many thanks to you 💕 i met my higher future self 2-3 years from now, in our own house, that we built with money from the business we had clearly launched by that point. she greeted me with open arms and the biggest ‘we did it’ smile i’ve ever seen. she looked like a literal glowing angel - so happy and light and healthy, and with so much love and compassion for where she used to be (which is me now). there was an air of confidence and comfort that came from, for the first time in her life, not living with toxic people who threatened her sense of safety and security in one way or another. i feel light, loved, and blessed as i know she is me and we are one. thank you for guiding me on this trip ✨🙏🏻

I had a dream the other night that i met my future self, the version of me that had actualized becoming a millionaire. It was very clear in the dream that i had kept following the same train of belief and by doing so, had made it my reality. It was so real, and had me awaken with such awe and gratitude for when this day does come. With that said, it totally makes sense that I attracted this type of visualization, "meeting my future, radiant self," into my life. She was beautiful to meet; so clear, clean, relaxed, and happy. It felt wonderful to feel her, to be in her presence. She kissed me from head to toe, in a very careful & loving way, reminding me of how loved I am. She told me to enjoy the magic & miracles unfolding before me daily 🙏🏻 and to trust the journey, and relax. Thank you, for this wonderful practice. ☀️ I will be back.

So I just did this meditation + my oh my, was it powerful + oh so REAL. I've been calling in my future self + this was such a clear + vivid experience, seeing myself as a Higher Consciousness DJ and Sound Alchemist. I cried through it. I am currently healing from trauma and abuse. Im leaving a toxic environment and it is scary. My future self was married with kids. I do already know my future spouse. ❤ She told me to not to avoid. To keep going and get in the game. That happiness is around the corner. I was also very successful in my new career. Okay so the thing is I saw myself in Germany and doing my physics master's for some reason i saw a very large room with calm environment i was in a white coat and doing my research and working on computer looking at her make me so happy at that time... When I talked to her the one thing she told me was that it's going to be hard but don't give up and you can.... Because I did... I love you my future self and I'm gonna be you.....❤️🙌🏻🌝

I come back to this meditation so often and every single time the experience is simply transcendental… it always reminds me to keep focusing inwards and pay less attention to the outside noise, the negativity and fear. My higher self is so peaceful and radiates love, there are no walls, she isn’t guarded, scared or stressed, she lives on purpose and basks in the joy of every moment.

Lovely conversation with a multidimensional version of my higher self. He made it imperatively clear that I must believe and, perpetually believe in myself The boundaries for success are limitless. Constant self development and self exploration is powerful. . He told me to continue to spread love and kindness and that in doing that's how you will win people over. He told me that I don't have to explain every detailed element of my complex, colourful and heterodox mind with everyone. And that emotion and thought through manifestation is a powerful tool and conduit to achieving the higher self. Polarity is highly important and we need balance, ones highest growth is achieved via embracing the full divinity in the masculine and feminine. My partner largely awoke me to the in my multiversal reality. People are a large portion of my journey to growth, however influence must be used to spread love and consciousness.

I saw my future self as an older woman in a cottage in the forest filled with herbs and plant life. She was so happy and content just being her true self. I sobbed when she hugged me and told me to never let anyone dim my light and that everything I’ve ever needed is already within me. She had so much love for me and her presence was so calming.. like coming home.
