I used to live and work in Qatar as an American. I used to love taking weekend trips to Dubai. They are very friendly there and you get to meet a wide range of different cultures living and working there. I found the UAE local arabs to be super friendly and I really enjoyed spending time there as well.

I felt so safe there ,people respectful, friendly. I have been there a few times.
