yes they are all from the 'Westlife Bring It Home' documentary which was featured on the Greatest Hits tour DVD in 2003. not sure if it's available on KZfaq, I could only find one or two small clips last time I looked though. Thank you for your comment!

Aww thank you for the lovely comment :) That clip is from the farewell concert at Croke Park, during their goodbye speeches before they sang You Raise Me Up. Was on KZfaq but not sure if it still is. Hope that helps :)
