I love these technical videos! I'm in SAE Baja, a college engineering competition designing and racing mini UTVs, and this channel is GOLD. It's so hard to find any suspension design information that isn't directly geared towards open wheel road racing, and even harder to find actual recommendations on good ranges for caster/attack angle etc!! Keep them coming! I wish I had this resource last year

I agree with Mitch, Kawasaki kind of dropped the ball on the 7th when the "new models" they introduced were accessory packages and not a turbo, a 4 seater or both. Missing huge sales, especially since that platform has sooooo much potential. And 4 seat sport machines are a super hot item right now. Hopefully they are working on something for the fall.

I'm wondering if the manufacturer does not consider anti dive in the design. Is that something that can be addressed through valving and spring kits? Great series guys. Love the info.

So Anti dive is only through geometry. You can affect this with more spring and low speed valving in the front to help with dive but any of these things you do through spring or shock will affect the rest of the ride quality at ALL times and not just under braking. That is why anti dive is so awesome. Only used when needed.

Do any of the sport sxs have angled upper a arm mounts like you speak of

Many have attack angle in the lower arm mounts. Not many have anti dive. We are in the middle scanning all the front suspension on sport utvs now so we can tell you who has what in a few weeks.

Really liking the tech and info videos. Would like to see a tech video on high/low speed compression and rebound settings. Also what is rhe pros and cons of an IRS (rear A arm type) suspension.
