My fisrt visit to Maine Rd was our old 2nd div promotion season 83/4 when we were allocated 7k and won 2-1 infront of a crowd of over 40k. Happy days.

I think our defense looked very good, our midfield was non existent and our forwards didn't offer enough pressure or product. It's good to see Helen more, she adds a little something more on top of your usual commentary and conversations. You always get the best fan interactions too. Top vid.

Hi Eddy, am a Wrexham fan whose 2nd team is Newcastle living in Stretford, Manchester so it was interesting seeing you on Oldham Street in the Northern quarter as a used to always walk this way to work at the main Royal Mail sorting office a little further on. Great video as always. Think overall city fans are far less arrogant than Man U fans having lived here all my 54 years. Police very hard on Newcastle fans. They do themselves no favors when they behave like that. Keep up the good work!

Eddie and Helen our own deadly duo, they go places others fear to go. Pity about the result, thought we would get a result but on to next week and revenge on Liverpool. One game does not make a season and we will probably be one of the few teams who hold city that close. We'll get our own back at home. Once the first 4 games are out the way we should cruise.
