For the DEI in football to be true it would require the best and most respected coaches in the world to select based on skin color. Which I don't see Pep and Ancelotti doing. France has the best national side via results and Madrid the best club via results. They are majority black football teams, this is just how it is, if you want a majority white or Spanish players then let them be good enough to dominate the team ranks.

​@TTUGStudios I don't think you are necessarily wrong but on Madrid's 2024 roster out of 23, 8 are nonwhite, with the others being White. The starters however from the front 11 are usually around 6 of the nonwhites so you are right there is a slight majority but I wouldn't call it dominating. France is not number 1, Argentina is and they are mostly White by far. France is 2 and yes they are good and are about 2/3 nonwhite, Belgium 3 and about 40% nonwhite. Yes these are considerable numbers of nonwhites but Whites are still heavily represented in these teams and in fact through most of the world's top teams.

@@sergeipohkerova7211 I agree with you because I don't see this as an issue... Germany having black or mixed players. Bringing racial politics into football is unproductive and not beneficial. FIFA still has to deal with racial abuse of black players from the stands, this is not something that helps, as if it's the black players fault for being selected. It's an overreaction and over coverage of a non issue. Holland have always had mixing, the old South Africa team had mixing and we're at their best in recorded history in the 90s. On a personal note. A penalty kick separated Argentina and France in the final, where a Mbappe scored a hat trick, in their second world cup final in row. Player for player they are a better side in all aspects. But, Argentina are the deserved World Champions and number 1 ranked side in the world.

But these European outlets, like monkey see monkey do, want to bring race politics into football for clicks . It's the one sport we fans of it are actually in unison. We never complain of representation or black this and black that. Nobody is complaining about Argentina being all white even though they are South American and have no indigenous peoples in the team, nobody. 21% of Germans care, that's a low number, so this is over reporting on a matter nobody cares about.
