Ring? Lol? Hope your not suggesting a safe space like UFC or legalised boxing etc were the aim is to get as far from a real fight as possible and keep the play fighters as safe as possible... It's a joke manchilds like to imagine what works in UFC etc would work vs a experienced no rules fighter who wants to kill you,., but granted what we see in the movie is just a movie, but basically the same thing in the legalised ring as well... It's just a show were 2 play fighters... Pretend to fight... Which only works against other pretend fighters outside the ring likewise... Some are worse then others after all, but they all suk for real fighting were U need to kill or be killed and Ur opponent is good at doing that.

@@jingwaglacius5518 Point taken. UFC comes a lot closer to the real thing than boxing. I am certain those fighters can hold their own in 99% of real world encounters. I am no fighter, but I appreciate the skill.

You are not that far off, a ton of things you see in seminars and demonstrations are... adorably insane and unrealistic. One-inch isn't, though. it is the only thing from tai chi that Bruce liked. there is a reason for it. if you think that hitting with your whole body is not effective, you are ignorant. there is no better way to get power in a punch. You can use that base with pretty much any hand technique.
