I had surgery on January 23 of last year and I lost 35lbs within a 3week one week of that was the liver shrinking diet the week before surgery, which put me at 220lbs and as of today I’m on a stage 2 diet and I’m at 221lbs… I know about the stall but man where did the extra 1lb come from. Is this normal? Idk 🤷‍♀️

I have one more appointment before I get scheduled for my appointment and I am so HYPEDDD!! I have very large breast also. Besides deflation and volume how much of a difference did you see in your breast because they are still very round.

I’m almost 3 week post op so far I’ve lost 13lbs. It’s moving kinda slow. How soon did you workout after surgery? I do 30 minute walks like 3 days out the week.
