I love doing my castor oil cleanse once a month! I do it for about 3-4 days each time with no problem. I mix it with my freshly juiced pineapple and orange juice. I'm not telling anyone else to do it once a month, but this works well for me! The inflammation reduction and water weight loss is phenomenal.❤ I'm glad to hear it works great for you too.

I have been doing the wrap to shrink my fibroids . I have been feeling so much better. But haven't gone to get tested to see if it's gone. I used to feel a lot of pressure in my uterus during my period and I don't since I've been doing it. So I believe it's working

Yes, doing this now and your video popped up. I do it once quarterly with fresh orange juice. Then sip warm water every 15 minutes for one hour. Then wait! Great for hormonal acne by cleansing the liver.

Is there any specific reason why it's wrapped on one side of your waist and not on the front of your belly? If so does it matter which side its on?

Yes, the reason why it is used on the right side is for liver detox; you need the rap on the right side of your stomach below the rib cage that is where the liver is located. The front of the belly( more toward the lower abdomen ( will catch colon issues , fibroid in and on uterus and cysts on the ovaries. You can also use the pack/rap on the lower back to target the kidney for breaking up kidneys stones etc .
