Natalee I know your family feels so blessed to have a wife and mother like you! Every time you build something like this I stand amazed! You make it look like I could do it. And I KNOW there is no way I could tackle something like this. It really looks so good in that space, like it has always been there. Just like the fireplace you built. Thank you for showing us that we are powerful and we CAN do these kinds of projects. We just have to put our minds to it. Then just trust ourselves and start. If we mess up we can fix it. WOW that front entry cabinet bench cubby built in is GORGEOUS just like you! I’m impressed! I am not good with tools like this, but I can paint, garden, landscape, decorate, make wreaths and floral arrangements and cook and bake like crazy! Hubby is the carpenter, sort of. He can’t do crown molding at all and he struggles with baseboard. He is impatient. His worst enemy besides his anger. This is between you and me and this vlog. 😝

I love what you did. I do not have an entryway or even a place for a mudroom. I thought about what you did and have decided that I could place a similar build in my garage by the door to the house. It would give me a place for boots, umbrellas, shopping bags, raincoats, etc., especially since that is my primary entry into the house. Thanks for the inspiration. Glad to see another woman so comfortable with tools.

Natalee, what an awesome proffessional job!!! Ages ago I worked with my cousin doing home maintenance and remodeling, he always told me I always made his work look awesome. That's because it was my job to do the chaulking and painting, lol. Joking aside it does put the icing on the cake when you chalk the joints and nail heads before you paint.♥Love the new look and you my dear are an amazing lady. A cushion or some pillows may be in the future for the bench, who knows😁

Oh my! NataLee you did such a wonderful job with your entryway! I love how you figure out ways to make something work, even if something is second hand and you make it look beautiful. You are such a talented lady, teacher and an encourager, especially when it comes to tools. Reminds me of when I took a sculpture class, I learned how to use a bandsaw, drill press, a sand blaster and melted brass in a crucible for a pour. When we push ourselves, there is such a good feeling of accomplishment. Anyway, good to see that your sons and hubby were able to lend a hand or two, lol. God bless 🥰

Love the way you always show how powerful a woman can be! I'm a bit too old for such a project, but I find your videos inspiring. It’s amazing. Great job. I’ve got a suggestion though, maybe add one more cross trim on the long side so it looks like a decorative element rather than hiding the two joining pieces. Just think it would fill in the empty space a bit
