Why is it so hard for avery to get that the bible was not given to Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Dale, Doug, Steve,Jimbo and Curtis and the letters of Paul and that the Injeel was given to Jesus directly from his lord like all the other revelations. Why is this so hard to seep into his skull?

Yeah, it's just the Greek word Evangelion transcribed into Arabic. It means good news, just like the old English word Gospel. It's the word that was used in general to talk about the Christian idea of the coming of Jesus as good news, but also various texts that bring that story and share this 'good news'.

@@The_Crab_Whisperer in the Qur'an it refers to the revelation given to Jesus. The Gospel of Mark, Matthew, Luke and John, the letters of Paul etc were not given to Jesus, so they are not the Injeel that the Qur'an refers to.

@@Sami-bs1go it is so disingenuous. The Muslims have to wise up and point out what he is doing, agree to disagree, and move on. I saw him debate a Muslim named Jay, and he kept insisting Isaiah 53 was about Christ, and the brother was like: look I understand that's your position but i hold the opinion from the context that its about Israel as a nation. We have to agree to disagree. And they did.

Bible is not the Injeel that is mentioned in Quran , Injeel إنجيل is the word of Allah revealed and dictated to prophet Jesus peace be upon him while Bible is known in arabic as Kitab al Muqaddas الكتاب المقدس collection of books written by unknown author
