A PC which can easily run V will struggle running IV stably, I remember those days well, also what I'm talking about Isn't a downgraded mobile version but a similar upgraded version, for example : GTA Vice City Mobile, GTA San Andreas Mobile, Bully Anniversary Edition are all an improved versions of the game itself.

Bro i am not able to buy games from steam 😢😢. And showing that error occurred try again while entering otp to verify mobile number. And i am using airtel and bsnl broadband connections in both same issue and with mobile data also same. For my friends also same issue. I think steam got totally ban .
