We tasted some extremely authentic organic kesar mangoes this year from a place called Royal Blossom Farms in India. I don’t know if they provide mangoes to UK but if you are mango lover, you’ll go crazy tasting them…

I paid £65 for 32 mango include postage from India(talala-gujarat) for Kesar mango received in less then 10 days and test is so amazing. I am satisfied to pay around £2(210rs) for one mango. Actually delivery charge was more then 70% from this £65 I paid but no regret. Here in Southall lots people selling had same issue with test you found from mango.

The mangoes you bought are yellow but still tart because they are technically chemically ripened. Organic mangoes never go complete yellow from outside (they are greenish yellow).

Chausa is the last variety of Mango of the season and it comes at the mid of July. First mangoes which come to the market are from South India like Karnataka in month of April. Then come from Maharashtra and Gujarat in May. Then in June they come from UP ,Rajasthan etc. These r Badami, Rajapuri, Kesar, Langda, Chausa. There is one variety of Mango found in Andhra Pradesh which has a live bee inside it when cut. Beware, mangoes which are artificially ripened using Calcium carbide r not very sweet.

The very first variety of Mango is SAFEDA.& I think it is from up or somewhere near..The mango they are eating is SINDURI which comes in mid..& In the end DUSHARI.

South indian variety most probably is andhra pradesh BANGANPALLE....which is large in size and most produced variety of MANGO and good for AAM RAS...shakes etc
