Жыл бұрынHello my KZfaq family had a special day... got a chance to Bluegill and Shellcracker fish. The rain had started soon as we started to fish so we headed to the truck an let it pass. Soon as we got back in the water it was on fire the bluegills and shellcrackers were on beds.. we used crickets and red worms to catch them . It was an epic day of Bluegill fishing 3 huge shellcrackers and a ton of bluegills what an enjoyable day on the water. Just Subscribed. This is what we need, This is Real, This is Family and love. Retired Military and you took me back to my time in North Carolina. Being from Pennsylvania I found a love for Crappie and Bluegill down South. But love the People even more. Strangers treated me like family. I just went fishing and I caught big giant perch fish, I have never seen perch that big in my life, the biggest one was close to two pounds and I caught 46 of them, all of them were giant perch.

Man I love gill fishing but I hate cleaning them. I do it because the taste if off the charts. I use a shorter rod and smaller cork than you do but other than that we are on the same page. Fried gills and taters is death row last meal worthy.

I like crappie but bream is my favorite. I normally do em like you done whole. Cause the meat pretty much falls off clean from the bone anyway. Me and a friend took a little john boat to a pond that water was a couple feet low because had to repair the spillway or dam. Old pond out in the country. We caught 58 big bream Friday evening for 2hrs and 3hrs Saturday. Just about every one were big like yours. It got to where you had to take a break after a while. The cork disappeared soon as the hook touched the water. Man you talking about a good time! It wasn't fishing, it was catching! Enjoyed the video!

Wish I was there to help you clean them. My brother said that I’m the fastest he’s ever seen clean bluegills that fast. I clean 365 of them one day.
