Hi, new viewer here! So important to read labels. I've been doing it for years. My whole family does it now too after we realised how many products we used that contained very strange and unnecessary ingredients. The shorter the list the better and you should be able to identify all the ingredients. Otherwise it's just introducing chemical products that could be causing harm to your bodily functions and processes over time. I aim for fresh produce, not man made products. Loving your videos!

yha that's why i make my own food and i tell yha its much healthier doing it that way and you save up more money that way even my bank statement questions why i don't dine as much. But it goes to show the world we live in is just a bunch of lies to cover up the truth and we live in a lie for so long that when somebody does cover the truth we question it.

I already knew about aspartame (though they didn’t mention it’s directly linked to causing muscular dystrophy if taken in large quantities.) But some of this other stuff… even vegans aren’t safe. 😂😭

30$ for olive oil. In my country its like 2$ to 5$ for a 1L of real extra virgin olive oil. We produce the best olive oil and wine in the world. 🇵🇹

I want to remind you that anyone can film a video, anyone can present a paper, and anyone can create a website. Take these kinds of videos (the one viewed, not Kidd & Cee!!!) as curios, not incontrovertible facts. If something was interesting to you, research the topic and find out what you can. Check multiple sources. Check the credentials and (unfortunately) politics of your sources. A video on KZfaq can't be assumed to be "true facts."
