I was a graphic artist in New York City, and worked for several plastic surgeons in their advertising department. I was asked to take pictures of old women and Photoshop them to make them look better like they had had a facelift. The images of the women I was working on, were not patients of the doctor. They were not examples of surgical work. These pictures were later used as before and after examples of the doctors surgical transformations. I am not proud of the work that I did for these doctors. I realized the crime that I was committing because I needed a job and I needed food, and I needed a place to live, but it was too much for me after a while, and I quit. After that, I went to the agencies that led me to these places and told them what these doctors were doing. The agencies that placed me in those jobs would not work with these doctors anymore after I had informed them of their subterfuge. It is more than obvious that in these images that are being shown in this video that different women are being shown in the before, and after images. Plastic surgery is based on lies and subterfuge, and the desperate desire for women to become younger looking, when plastic surgery more often than not makes you look like a monster. I feel so bad for these women who believe in the ultimate lie.

should look much better than these post surgery pictures once the swellings subsided and they can put on makeups again. A coworker took an 8 weeks sabbatical and went to South Korea to have this done (don’t think it was this Dr Kim though). All the other women in the office now hate her 😂

I had a friend who got the lifestyle lift. They wanted pictures after a couple weeks. After the swelling goes down to a certain point. Not all of the way though. Once they are fully healed. It's minimal change.

I was wondering this, because everyone we saw was fresh out of the surgery. And honestly, i was expecting high swelling and bruising, but they healed nicely. I’d imagine they won’t look as tight as the face heals. But the doctor is right, the change is very radical. They went from normal/average, to looking like they’re wearing a filter or the Kpop stars after they do surgery. But in the end, I don’t think it’s a bad change necessarily, and if the recipient of the face is happy, then that works.

Honestly, they probably look good. Korea is very good at reconstructive plastic surgery. It’s a graduation present from parents for a lot of kids in Korea. It’s really sick though because they are trying to look more Caucasian by carving away their Korean features. If you look up before and after pics of plastic surgery in Korea the results are absolutely shocking. They look like different people.

Yeah. I saw another Dr. on KZfaq and immediate results looked similar but the patient had stunning results after fully healing - around 8 months. In reality, anyone who knew these people would know they had plastic surgery. People don’t turn young again without intervention. Let everyone live their lives the way they want. If it makes them happy and they feel good about themselves, that’s what matters. 😊

Growing old is your body’s way of showing decay. Your bones become brittle, muscles atrophy, skin shrivels up, your mental acuity starts to fail, cardio vascular issues and organ failure become a typical thing in people over 55. If we can do anything to improve our quality of life, why not?

Yes and no. I think there have been reports of people who undergo especially drastic facial plastic surgery that have problems identifying with their new face. But not everyone. I can say from personal experience after a family member undergoing plastic surgery that I do miss their old face. Some of the features that made us look similar / related were removed and it kind of sucks. But, it's also what she wanted and she is happier now, so I respect that.

Honestly, it depends. From my personal experience, the only time I feel like I’ve regretted plastic surgery is by going to surgeons that seem to give cookie cutter results. Going to the right surgeon is key. The right surgeon meaning one who will listen to your concerns and take into consideration your facial proportions to deliver results that look and feel natural. I hated my nose ever since I hit puberty and felt depressed over it for years. I got a rhinoplasty 2 years ago for my 23rd birthday. I think it made my mindset shift a lot. Things I realize now: My nose wasn’t ugly at all. I resented it for the longest time but looking back in photos I actually feel compassion and sadness for my younger self. Do I miss my nose? No. I see that as someone else’s face really. Do I regret the rhinoplasty? Nope. But do I feel like I really needed it? Absolutely not. I wish I could have lived at peace with it then but I’m happy I can live in peace now🎉😂

you’re probably looking the after surgery pictures when they aren’t completely healed and there are still some swellings left. A better before and after comparison would be 3 or 6 months after surgeries. At any rate, I think all of the post surgery results are vast improvements. This Dr Kim dude is a genius

Idk im actually pretty impressed by this if its real. They actually do look younger, unlike some Hollywood actresses who get a ton of surgery and dont even look human any more or like a cartoon version of their former selves

Those of us who have flirted w/ death , probably more than once, have indeed another outlook on life. 🤗 also, I already have an immense phobia of dentists & in my life could trust only 2 exceptionally talented & skilled ones. & despite getting visually older, I'm still very protective of my face...the idea alone that a stranger potentially can stick needles in my face & chop around like a Benihana Chef gives me already massive chess pain. Unless I look hideous due to an accident or disease & as to not freak out others, I cannot imagine to go under the knife voluntarily. I have way too much angst & trust issues in that regard. 😂🎶🎵 & I dated a famous plastic surgeon back in the 80s in Las Palmas...but when he declared how fascinated he was w/ my classical Greek features & wished to fix his patients to look like me....I freaked out & couldn't get fast enough from the Island. My face is a sacred domain, only I & my lover can touch it ❤️

I love this method of having the cut on the forehead. I did a facelift couple years ago and go, they do not do the forehead cut and i still very wrinkle. Suck . I would definitely would love to do that

I have to give Dr. Lee a 100 because he does the impossible not many Dr can match up to his drastic changes and turn pt 15 to 20 yrs younger with one procedure 🎉🎉

I agree- it looks better in some ways, worse in others. Maybe surreal is a better word. Their eyes freak me out a little bit, but maybe with time everything relaxes a little bit.

Their faces are like a week out of surgery so the skin hasn't settled in yet. Face lifts are scary but then they settle they look lovely. 😊

I mean all that really matters is that the patient is happy and the surgeon does it properly and safely and they heal well and everything. If everythings done properly and heals well and theyre thrilled at the result then do whatever you want. Its your body its your money.

You don't seem to know much about psychology. What about having a higher quality of life? You're so much more likely to be hired, get better positions, and be paid so much more than if you stayed "natural". Just 5 years of an improved quality of life would be worth it. I’ve never seen any western surgeon taking 25 years of the patients face. I think the results are amazing. She was 50, now she looks 25 again. I would love that!
