கொஞ்சம் கூட வெட்கம் இல்லாம பேசறார் பாருங்க, போய் BSNL வெப்சைட் பாருங்க தலைவலி வந்துடும், லைன் ஒர்க் அகலனு கம்பளைண்ட் பண்ண 10 நாள் கழித்து வருவார்கள், இப்ப கூட லைன் மேன் connection கொடுத்துட்டு தலையை சொரிஞ்சுகொண்டு பிச்சை கேட்பார்கள், நான்னேல்லாம் 30 வருஷமா BSNLனால நொந்து போனவன்! ஒரு காலத்துல BSNL மாட்டும் இருந்த போது புது connection கொடுக்க வரும்போது நாங்க 4 பேர் இருக்கோம், 5 பேர் இருக்கோம் 2 ஆயிரம், 3 ஆயிரம் கொடுனு புடிங்கி மாதிரி புடுங்குவானுங்க, அப்போது அண்ணன் தூங்கிட்டு இருந்தார் போல, எல்லாத்துக்கும் லஞ்சம் வாங்குவானுங்க, தனியார் கம்பெனி தனி தனியா புடுங்குவான் என்ற கதையெல்லாம் விட்டு விட்டு, பொய் உங்க நிர்வாகத்தை ஒழுங்கு படுத்தற வேலைய பாருங்க, உங்க நிர்வாகத்துல வேலை செய்ற சில சோம்பேறிகளை ஒழுங்கா வேலை செய்ய சொல்லுங்க, உங்க சேவை ஒழுங்கா இருந்த நாங்க ஏன் நெட்ஒர்க் மாத்தறோம். அநேகமா பேசறவர் கொடிபிடித்து சம்பளம் வாங்கற கூட்டத்தை சேர்ந்தவராய் இருப்பார்னு நினைக்கிறேன்.

நானும் எட்டு வருஷம் BSNL இணைய சேவை தேர்தெடுத்து நொந்து நூல் ஆனவன். நுகர்வோர் சேவை மையம் எதுக்கு இருக்குனு தெரியாத ஒரே நிறுவனம் BSNL. ஒரு complaint குடுத்தா பத்து நாள் கழிச்சு வர வேண்டியது. பாதி நாளுக்கு மேல் சேவை இருக்காது. மழை வந்த அப்போ இருந்து எனக்கு சேவையே வரல. சரி சேவை நிறுத்துங்கன்னு சொன்னா மாசம் bill மட்டும் கட்டுங்கன்னு சொல்லிட்டு வந்தாங்க. Fibrenet எங்க வீட்டுக்கு போடுங்கன்னு சொன்னதுக்கு உங்க வீட்டுக்கு இது போதும்னு சொல்லிட்டு போனவன் தான் இந்த BSNL ஆளுங்க. மழை வந்த அப்போ 1 மாசம் எனக்கு இப்போ உபயோகிக்கும் இணைய சேவை நிறுவனம் அந்த மாசம் பணம் கட்ட தேவையில்லைன்னு சொன்னாங்க. பல நாள் எனக்கு bsnl சேவை வரல அதுக்கு எதுக்கு காசு கட்டணும்னு கேட்டதுக்கு இங்க அப்படி தான்னு சொல்லிட்டு போனவங்க தான் இந்த எச்ச BSNL. Fraud company and fraud employees. No wonder there's backstabbers for you....

padmanaban c dear bro you are partially ignorant. You are correct to the extend that quota brings inefficient people inside. It does not mean all of them are inefficient. Majority of them are so. Trade unions negative activities (positive is also there). Politicians attitude of encouraging private cos. Bsnl is competing with private cos in a decathlon with hands and legs tied. It has given job security and employment to around 4 laks people who are dedicated (cream of citizens). Now see private operators: the employees are under stress. No quota. No trade union. No job security. Profit of the owner only matters. In bsnl service only matters. It is people like you and the pseudo secular govt who are responsible for wrongly advertising about it. Do you remember who gave service to citizens in chennai during flood. Please dont be blind to injustice.

Dear sir, I am completely with your point. But, these days public's are attracted to more freebies - it's because of their financial condition... And purposely government made the public to long for this. These are like vappaatis, the longevity is very less. I can say that people are using Jio as vappaati, the day they declare they will charge more and freebies will be cut, then people will still survive by their 1st/mother connection. But, the point is... Other service providers (apart from Jio) also should come up with competitive business models to compete them. Bsnl towers is always praised by public for it's range and connectivity, even in hill station. So it's time for Bsnl to develop a new plan and strategy to stand and serve the people. Don't give up.... Every family is at least having one connection of Bsnl and try to expand it.... Thanks

Bsnl home internet connection would not work most of the days I had to run behind bsnl lineman to get it done. But they are very good in sending monthly bills without any delay.

Sir, If you don't know about technology means, Pls stop spreading wrong info. Jio haves own tower across India Which no other company's haves. Moreover it's volte tech which can't be use like normal.. yes sir we agreed that aircel have moved out from telco business!! That due to finance crisis!! And they very strong in our state circle only but they failed other 22 circles... Sir, For simple SIM replacement customer has to wait for 2hrs in bsnl.. if u want customer to use bsnl services means!! Pls change your company too customer friendly & treat them fairly!! One more suggestion sir, if you want to grow to company means pls remove all your associations, profit automatically comes to u....

Guys BSNL only the network have their own towers in lot of villages too..🤔 So we should use atleast one sim or landlind phone in our home to save and support them..🙁 Otherwise we will suffer from jio in near future..🙁 everything he said about jio is true..🙁
