20:23 Just got a GT Air 3 (Fixed full-face sister helmet) which seems to have the same part, and thus same struggle popping out what the manual calls the "Defogger". Sliding the tool down the front on each side as you described turned half an hour of head scratching into it popping out in just a few seconds. Thanks!

Good choice it’s a great helmet, if you have any issues on either let me know and I may be able to help, also check out my other video, I took the bike completely apart and did a video getting it all back together!
