Shogo Momo - Tibetan Potato "Dumpling" Recipe

Күн бұрынShogo momo is also a kind of momo, but made out of potato! Just like the regular momo, the filling is ground beef, but with a slight twist. it is often served as an appetizer, but feel free to eat it as a main dish as well.
Ingredients:
500g potatoes
100g ground beef
onion
corn starch
salt
white pepper
soy sauce
eggs
breadcrumbs

From the video caption i was expecting momo with potato stuffing but it turned out to be a completely new dish to me which i never tasted before in tibetan cuisine. Definitely trying this on my next week off. Thank you Palden la. Keep sharing more.

Had shoko momo in Lhasa .. we ordered this for my sister who is vegetarian thinking it would be dough with shoko filling 😄 Nonetheless it was delicious for us 😉
