Best Halloween Day Ever 1159
HAPPY HALLOWEEN!! We start of in our spooky dark pantry getting stuff to make pumpkin pancake art for breakfast as part of our Halloween morning routine. Adley and Niko Bear both love to help and Baby Navey is so awake and enjoying watching the craziness! We make some green and orange pancake mix, and the kids start creating amazing food art. Pumpkins and bats, bunnies and eye balls. Farm Animals, spooky animals, and just having fun with the pancake mix, a great way to start the day.
After breakfast, our neighborhood is having a Halloween parade. They throw out candy and toys for the kiddos to have and its so cool that we think it's something we should do every year. We also have a family costume runway show, showing of our amazing Halloween outfits. Adley is a Tinkerbell Fairy, Niko is pirate Captain hook, I'm Disney's Peter Pan, and Jenny with Navey are lost girls that will never grow up.
After nap time, its cookie time!! Jenny and the kiddos are making sugar cookies of all sorts of shapes and sizes. They are baking when we get a knock on the door. Our first trick or treaters?!! No, its a surprise package that when we unbox it, we realize that some of our best friends just sent us a secret gender reveal for their new baby!!
It's now the moment we've all been waiting for, time to go trick or treating. We get our costumes on, we put our masks, and we are off. Since we already got some candy from the parade, we decide that we won't go to a lot of houses, we want to keep the kiddos safe. the get all sorts for treats, some houses even have king size candy bars. We see witches and pumpkins and great costumes. Another great holiday and memories of the family made!!
