Depends. Sometimes it’s worse to remove it. I know someone with a bullet in his chest, they couldn’t remove it bc it would have killed him. I get the shoulder is different than the shoulder but it could be a situation like that, the results of removing it would be worse.

This is gonna lead to surveillance cameras all over the cities within the US. People won’t like that because of privacy reasons but things have gotten so out of control that it’s gonna become necessary. Police can’t be everywhere at all times whereas cameras can.
