Ksm asked miss for me,Iwas in Ghana 1990's and open account with Barclays bank and the last time in Ghana tena main branch, was told ,no more Barclays bank but have lost money. Pls I need help before, I take ask action Thanks

You will have to have a second look at your loan top up policy. Why should you increase both the loan payment duration and also the monthly deduction at the same time. I know you have a profit motive but this policy is so exploitative. Secondly, I don't understand why you make deduction on 20th of every month on salary loans knowing that most civil servants are not paid on 20th. What kind of banking policy is that? Another exploitation.
