Hi Jen, Great video! While some people might not fully appreciate your thoroughness or agree with your prices, I believe it's important to stay authentic. Your genuine approach and quality offerings will definitely resonate with viewers who value and appreciate your work. Keep it up! Take Care, Sandra

Essential oils to deter bats! Using essential oils to get rid of bats is a popular natural method of DIY bat control. You can spray diluted peppermint oil or eucalyptus oil near a bat nest to irritate the colony. Mothballs: Tie a piece of cloth holding mothballs near the entrance that bats are getting through in your home or shed.

Neckalce at TS 23:00, just for fun, check it with black light for Uranium glass. It looks German to me. Not sure if Neiger brothers who used Uranium glass beads. But it does look vintage and possible German made. Sometimes Czech glass can mimic lace agate, ot it might be made of Lace Agate. ? How does it test on the Presidium? Very interested to know what you find out on this one. I wasn’t able to see the clasp which may tell a lot. Or maybe it doesn’t have a clasp?

Hello Friend! Where is the Cat? He was an integral part of your Videos, like a Mascot for a Sports team, I miss his appearances! 🥰 Sorry for late watching your video, but I was very busy with my actual "work for a living". As always, I enjoyed your show very much! I wish I could have time during weekdays to make my KZfaq Videos more frequent, but for now, I can only spear Saturdays for such creations LOL. XO XO

Hi Maria, I really enjoy your videos. 🙂 my cat doesn’t always appear but her face appears for a quick second later in the video, kind of like a “where’s Waldo” 😁 See if you can spot her.

@@jen4um I looked again and didn't spot her :-( but I agree with you that it was a bat-screeching voice! I know those voices, they live around our garage LOL

@@gintech0670I’m not sure now though it could be a bird and her babies because we have similar sounding birds near my house and I heard them outside yesterday and they sounded the same so no I’m hoping it’s bird noises. Bats freak me out. If it is birds I just hope they are ok.

Thanks Carol. It was a hectic week and then my video would not upload. I was so frustrated and I should have split the video into too parts. I thought it would upload faster but I was wrong. It was a decent lot but there were some duds lol. I’m curious about the black bead necklace. I think it is middle eastern but I’m doing more research on it. It doesn’t look too pretty but it’s interesting. I like getting odd pieces.

@@jen4um yes it’s certainly interesting and looks old was wondering if it was jet or possibly a mourning piece. I watch Jason adams on KZfaq and he would know about it I’m sure but I’m not sure how you would contact him

Jen I like watching your videos but sometimes your prices are to high like the Japan necklace just because the necklace says Japan doesn’t mean it was made in Japan the clasp might have been made in Japan and that’s all!! Also you spend a lot of time talking about 1 piece of jewelry, if you want to sell your pieces of jewelry you need to lower your prices!! The necklace following the Japan necklace those beads are pressed glass beads they aren’t Czech glass !!!
@jen4um9 күн бұрын
I appreciate you watching and commenting. However, it seems that sometimes your comments come across as correcting rather than being helpful, when sentences are ended with several exclamation marks. That being said, I am fairly certain the glass bead vintage necklace that is light violet is from Japan. I am saying that based on the design, materials, and colors. I will research the earth tones bead necklace further but initially what I was finding was Czech glass. I also know that some Czech glass beads are inexpensive but I priced the necklace based on what I had found when researching the beads on that particular necklace. Some of the beads are pressed but it doesn’t look like all of them have seams. I’ll look again. My understanding is that Czech glass beads can be pressed. I will do more research on that one and if I’m wrong I will clarify in the comments or the next video. Also, you commented in a previous video that a necklace I had was a Gloria Vanderbilt and not Swarovski. I thoroughly researched it before stating that it was Swarovski. It was indeed Swarovski and I researched it even further after your comments but it seemed as though you just didn’t believe me. It appeared that way at least. I am not here to price gouge or misrepresent jewelry. I try my best and I may not always get it perfect but even after my videos I further research pieces before posting them on the other sites where I have been selling jewelry. My videos aren’t just about selling though. I enjoy showing and appreciating the jewelry and I’m in no hurry when I show it. Its enjoyable making the videos and I take my time. It may not be enjoyable to everyone and that’s ok. When I first started making videos I wasn’t even selling through my videos, I just thought it would be fun to do jewelry unboxings. I actually made fun of a lot of the pieces and then I started to appreciate them more, and sometimes even the not so great items became more appealing for various reasons. I could run through the items much faster but I do like people to be able to see them up close and see what I’m seeing. That’s just the way I do it. I can always improve however and I do strive to get better. I have sold many items I show on my videos on other platforms and most of the time at a higher price than I give here. I’m not always right but I do try to be thorough and price fairly, but honestly, if something is especially interesting to me, and I am in no rush to part with it, I will give a higher price. I also take other factors into consideration such as the designer, quality, condition, and rarity. I have gotten helpful information from many viewers and I do appreciate when people share their knowledge with me. I also will admit when I’m wrong. Its just when it comes across as more of a scolding tone, it is not as productive in my opinion. I am not trying to be mean or even inconsiderate. I just am trying to express my viewpoint. I truly appreciate you watching and I learn a lot from viewers and you are included in that of course. I appreciate everyone here and even if I didn’t make any sales on this platform, I’m just glad people watch and engage with me. I truly am glad you watch.

@@jen4um I knew how you would reply to my comment, I don’t claim to know everything about jewelry but I have been watching jewelry videos for over 5 years now as well as teaching videos and I know that if you want to turn your selling into making money you need to learn as much as you can know pricing know what sells what people are looking for to buy!
