Thanks for taking us along! So, I learned that with LGB's you can tell which printing it is - especially with the vintage ones - by looking at the bottom corner of the last page of the book. You may have to pull the spine back a little bit. It's alphabetical, so of course "A" is a first printing.

I think he was off the Fractured Fairy Tales ( or something close to that ), he was always going to see Mr Peabody for answers. It was a cartoon I used to watch on Slam Bang Theater. My kids had those exact Mother Goose & Grover books, as well as some of those toys. Seems like yesterday but my oldest will be 30 this month.

Keep your eye out for 1960’s straight wooden body little people. They are getting harder to find. I had the plastic mat amusement park with two cars, two boats, a musical merry go round, a spinning swing ride, and a bridge (which you could turn upside down and use like a teeter totter. It came with the straight wooden bodied little people. Circa 1964.

It’s hard to find the time to sit through a longer video. I try saving it to finish watching at a later date but often don’t get back to it. The music in this one took me back to my party days and reminded me of an acid trip lol😅

I loved what you picked up. To be honest with you, the music was not my vibe. It made me want to slit my wrists. The muffled background voices sounded like ghosts trying to communicate from "the other side".
