I am in Ohio anxiously awaiting the birth of our first grandbaby so since I am not able to make crafts and do DIYs right now, why not go check out some of the local handiwork and see historical German Village in Columbus, Ohio! There is nothing in this world that will compare with the feeling when you hold that grand! I was blessed with 4 and it's so hard to express the feeling, but you will feel it! Enjoy.

I was there in July. I live 45 miles from there and went to all of the places you went to. Congratulations on the grandbaby!!!! They are awesome!!

I live in Mason, Ohio just south of Columbus and North of Cincinnati! We visit Columbus occasionally love the town! So excited for your little bundle of joy on way!!! Blessings to all!

My daughter lives about 7 miles from there She had her wedding rehearsal lunch at Schmit"s .Her husband and inlawas are German.It was different for me coming from a Hispanic background but the restaurants good was amazing ! You are very close to me .I hope all goes well and TFS 💜

I’ve been to German Village. I think we went there in 1992 after we went to the festival the had there in honor of the 500th anniversary of Christopher Columbus!

Congratulations on grandbaby! I wish we had a place like this near me. I lived in Germany twice and miss it terribly! There is a German town in Northern Georgia called Helen that l would like to visit one day. I bought my grandmother a cuckoo clock like the one you showed that had the dancers dancing on it. My husband went to Columbus a few times for his work but dont think he knew about those places or I'm sure he would've went! My favorite chocolate from Germany is Rittersport! Thank you for sharing this video!😍

It is such a cute area. There is also an amazing book store in German Village but we didn't make to that this time. You should definitely visit this area if you have a chance. I hear it's really cute at Christmas time.
