I love the machine, its phenomenal with the atc as well, although there's a few tweaks that would make it so much better.

Does the y axis and z axis now come with liner bearings in place of the v-roller system?

Is there a reason you use extria MDF vs standard MDF for the plenum board? Assuming it is more resistant to humidity and temperature changes affecting the thickness? Also does it prevent you for having to seal the edges and the carved plenum area?

Btw if you drop the bits they will only work for about a week if droped they get micro cracks and are significantly weakened

How do you calculate how long will it take for the machine to pay itself off? Also talk about the electrical requirements.

MySchizo Buddy electricity requires 4 circuit. All 220v except one 110v

Why did you opt for the 5x8 size? Plywood sheets come in 4x8 and 5x10.

Baltic birch comes in 5x5. I use 5x5 and 4x8 sized sheet goods

amaserationeday Mozaik for cabinets and closets. Vcarve Pro for 2.5d work and Fusion360 for 3D work
