Great content man,works like a charm. However, I had a question regarding the css rule applied to the .atc-container at 16:24 you add a css rule for width : 100% important. Shouldn't that be added only when the button is sticky and you want it in the bottom using selector - (.is-sticky .atc-container). Thanks

Hey Jan! Thank you so much for this video. It's super helpful. I ran into a snag though, and I can't seem to find the answer anywhere. You pointed out in your video that you need jQuery available in your store theme. The funny thing is you said it was unlikely and apparently my store theme is the only one that doesn't have the jQuery haha it doesn't even have vendor.js as an asset. Do you have a video on how to add this? None of the other coding channels explain this stuff as well as yours does. Thank you in advance.

Would you be able to make a video on how to design a Shopify buy button for a Squarespace website, so that the currency switcher works and customers can pay in "their" currencies? We would like to create a shop front on Squarespace - it would give us a bit more flexibility when it comes to the site design. However, Shopify offers us more flexibility and functionalities when it comes to the e-commerce backend. From what I understand, the Shopify buy button does not work with different currencies... I might be wrong. Thanks so much for your time!

Hi Jan, know your busy and you prob have many to-dos on your list. One I thought of which I can't see any online information about is email automation. Apps like klaviyo make alot money and is quiet expansive. Would be great if you did a series on how to do email automation yourself :)

Thank you for sharing i have been trying to figure out how to do the sticky add to cart button for my store for some time now but have not found a valuable tutorial till i came across your channel today. I absolutely love your content. By the way I would like to inquire if you can make a video to teach us on: 1. ) How to add product quantities and for customers to edit them with the plus and minus buttons to the products pages? As I am using the debut theme and it does not have this feature in the product page but only in the add to cart page during checkout. 2.) How to customize the product price header to show customers how much percentage saving they are actually getting after comparing the compared price and the selling price difference. 3.) How to add code for quantity breaks to enable more discounts for customers who buy more than 1 quantity. For example if they buy 2 they get 5% off from the total price & buy 3 get 10% off from the total price etc. This is so that we may increase the customer average order value and encourage them to buy more. this did not work for me :( when doing number 2, I inspect and add code for Position: Fixed - bottom 0px, Left 0px, but when searching for transform and scrolling the product/page container there is nothing appearing as "transform" to uncheck. I am not able to go further. Secondly, when I do click out of the inspect element the add to cart button appears to the left onto my picture and leaves a shadow and i assume this is because I cannot find the transform box as you did. I would love any help please I've tried for a long time and would love this. thank you!

Hey Jan, ich hab das Ganze genau so gemacht, wie von dir beschrieben. Nutze auch das Debut Theme, da finde ich jedoch beispielsweise das vendor.js überhaupt gar nicht und irgendwie funktioniert auch absolut nichts von dem was bei dir klappt. Ich hab alles exakt so wie du eingegeben :/ Bei den ersten Tests hat auch die rechte Seite nicht die Sticky funktion ausgeführt, lediglich der aller erste test mit dem Add to Cart button hat geklappt, der rest funktioniert nicht. Ich weiß nicht, ob es daran liegt, dass das jQuery fehlt, aber du sagtest ja, dass das bei allen Themes vorhanden ist und ich habe ja sogar genau das gleiche Theme wie du :(

Hey Jan! Thanks for the video. Just wanted to say at 16:22 there is an awkward cut and a piece of css appears for the .atc-container class :) Also I'm having trouble with this. I use the Venture theme and following all your steps I get the sticky button at the top instead of the bottom and it bumps the rest of the screen down below the fold. Not sure what's going on there.

I love your videos, super informative and also I'm attracted to you so LOL. Really stepped my shopify store game up.

Just curious, you maybe could add your own contact form, so instead of people messaging you on here, or instagram (i'm guilty of that). You could add your contact form website or something in the description, which links to a page with videos or a drop down menu such as (Shopify Theme, Shopify Products, Shopify Shopping Cart, Shopify Page, Other) and when they choose what they would like answering, they can send it to you. Then when you have time, go through your emails and the ones which were labelled (Shopify Theme, Shopify Products, Shopify Shopping Cart, Shopify Page, Other) you can sort them into their own folders (same names) with sub categories such as (Unsolved) (Solved). Then you can just keep them organised and answer certain questions relating to a specific enquiry type? But if people are asking the same questions maybe copy all of their email address into a single email and send them all the same answer. Maybe at the end of the week just delete all the solved ones and work your way through them, it would probably save you a lot of stress. And of course for your time if you really start getting too many questions you could set up a monthly subscription fee which would limit the people asking too many questions or you could hire someone to help you. Just my thoughts, and sorry for the long answer
