It worked, thank you. I had to edit the "global.js" file on our theme for a Shopify Plus store.

great tutorial as usual. one issue though hoping you have a tip for. most browsers are blocking these by default as popups. without manually allowing themin browser settings, it doesn't work for most. Ive reverted back to on page links until i can find a better solution. thakns sir

IDK if it's because this video is old, but the code didn't work for me. In fact, it somehow made it so that when a mobile user got on my website, they couldn't access the drop down menu. After I deleted the code, everything worked fine again.

Greeting, I was having the same issue and was able to get it working by playing with the the indentation and spacing to make it identical to what his looks like in the video. So for example make sure there a blank line in between the last line of "})();" and the previous line of " } }" and then hit tab to make sure there's the an identical pattern of indentation of the earlier lines. After I made those adjustments it worked for me (:
