Bags bought at outlets.. can they send to repair at boutique? Especially overseas boutique store?

With 13 minutes spent at the Retail store and almost 6 minutes at the Outlet. I can't say which I would prefer based on the video. To me, the video shared your thoughts, which seemed to that the Retail store was better and you shouldn't waste your time at the Outlet where they have sub-standard quality items. Since I haven't been to either. I can say that I prefer to purchase quality items that will last a lifetime and never look out of style. If I wanted something trendy, that would go out of style in a year or less. Then, I would look for a less expensive option. For me, that may be clothing apparel. Not handbags or small leather goods.

The PRICES ARE THE SAME. At least here in Canada! Such a Rip off!

Outlet hands down. The retail products are too over the top. Horrible colors, HUGE Tory emblems, etc. I find most of the retail products tacky
