Be sure to check ALL of the pockets in bags and wallets! I once bought a purse for $4.99 and found two T.J. Maxx gift cards tucked inside. When I checked the website, each card had a credit of $100 on it. Score!

Thank you for recognizing that. Not all appraisers are created equal in that department. Some take advantage of their clients. I want you to learn the info and get the value out of your objects that is rightfully yours and learn how to spot quality items.

I have always loved Aigner. You don’t hear about it too much anymore. I have an Aigner credit card case that I’ve used as a wallet for 40 years. Our thrift stores here never have any good handbags, which is something I’ve loved since I was a child. Those are some nice ones that you showed. Thanks for sharing!

Same. I have an Etienne Aigner, purchased in France, in the 1980s. It’s the classic burgundy colour. My mom used it back then, and it is mine now. My mom would always buy the best she could afford,,take very, very-good care, and taught me. This Aigner bag looks wonderful. I use it in the winter. A great bag will last decades. I also inherited my great-aunt’s Louis Vuitton valise. It’s not in great condition, but is okay. It has more emotional value to me than monetary. Dr Lori just shows a vintage Anne Klein. I LOVE her bags and watches. I may pop over to Westport (I live in CT) to see if that Anne Klein bag is still there. I think that’s a gorgeous bag. ❤

Yeah ... I don't like "not leather but trying to look like leather" bags. They call it "vegan leather" now ... yeah, it's plastic!!! I went to Paris several years ago and carried a bag with a chain handle ... I just liked it, didn't make the "Chanel" connection, and people asked me all the time, "oh, is that Chanel?" I guess it was a pretty good "fake!"

Dr. Lori said that little bag looks like it never hit the floor. Every bag I own has NEVER hit the floor. I do not want the bottom of my bags dirty. When I go shopping my bags don’t sit in the cart without something underneath them. My clothes also do not go in the floor. Respect your accessories/wardrobe 💯❤️
