I put my sweet potatoes in the air fryer they are the best ever. Spray the potatoes with oil and poke holes. I put mine in the air fryer at 410° for 30 minutes. Then I turn it down to 350° bake for another 15 to 20 minutes. They are better than you would get in any restaurant.

I eat a "pesto omlette" often. I add pesto, sauteed kale, tomatoes and feta with a bit of mozzerella and it's a top breakfast for me. Oh and a ton of red pepper flakes! I also LOVE the sound of this chicken recipe.

We gave up on looking for a microwave and eventually decided we don't need one. It was only for warming up leftovers anyway. It's been 3 years since we've had one, and we don't miss it. 😃

Watching your video I see that you use the BelGiosio (SP?) Mozzarella cheese. If you can get your hands on a wedge of Belgiosio Parmesan cheese ( I order mine from Amazon) use a very fine grater (I use my Zester) and you will have the best snack ever. I can sit and eat the whole wedge grated up finely like that. It truly is the best!!

Look it up to get exact address. They have neat things. Wonder how the little thing between your sinks would look to turn oblong. To me the bathroom is beautiful. I have got to try that chicken.
