I haven't shopped for my baby yet because I've been told I'm having boy and then a girl by two different ultrasound techs 🤣 but this makes me really want to go shopping for him/her now! 😩

hi candi, i am on ozempic and inject it in my upper thigh (rotating weekly) because my doctor told me that's where patients experience less side effects opposed to the stomach. you could also do the outside of your arm where you would get a shot done. i also notice when i eat fatty foods or dairy before my injection it really effects the nausea i experience the next day so i try to eat light like a salad or sandwich on my injection days. you can also split your doses into two per week instead of one which is what i've been doing since upping my dose and it's been a lifesaver, it also helps if you get hungry towards the end of the week when the medicine starts to wear off. so if you were on 1mg you would take 0.5 on your set day and the next dose of 0.5 four days part equaling to the 1mg, that has helped tremendously for me a well. just sharing some tips!! hope you feel better. don't give up!! i keep telling myself it'll be worth it in the end

Thanks so much! I tolerated this last shot much better. I did it in my arm and hardly any side effects. And yep, eating clean is probably helping as well. Getting past our couple trips we had planned (vegas and hocking hills) will make this process much easier. Traveling and trying to eat clean isn't as easy. But yet, eating at home is making a big difference! thanks for the tips

I’ve had much better results with tirzepatide I got all the way up to 2 mg on semaglutide and didn’t have really great weight loss. Switched to tirzepatide and had less side effects and more rapid weight loss!

Your weight loss method, the shots... There's always something that confirms what I quickly and easily determined. In just two words, red flag. I'd say Karli's shirt makes it look like she's not wearing shorts at all. Otherwise, it doesn't look like pj's.

That would be irrelevant. Side effects have absolutely nothing to do with anything I've determined regarding the weight loss shot product you're using. Notice I've not once said you should, or need to, cease this weight loss shot. I've simply communicated factors implicating I personally would never even start this weight loss shot product. I've also 'hinted' that I would suggest no one else does either. That is, despite the fact that I'm not a doctor. I'm just that knowledgeable, that cautious. More specifically, as per my knowledge, anytime I can refrain from taking ANY kind of medication, whether prescribed or OTC, I would.

Maybe the nausea is ultimately why people are generally losing weight on ozempic. The more nauseated you are, the less you'll eat and the more you'll lose weight. For some that's probably more of the desired effect as opposed to calling it a 'side effect'

It’s not. The med is meant for you to feel full longer and digest food slower. Not get nauseous so you don’t eat.
