We're joined again by racebndt to look at what could loosely be defined as a series of potential street takeover vehicles. BMWs, Miatas, Infinitis, anything with rear wheel drive and a dubious history could trigger your rise to TikTok stardom and/or a permanent record.

What you’ll need before purchasing a takeover car: 1. Multiple felonies 2. A 9mm handgun (preferably stolen) 3. No consideration for anyone else in the vicinity of your area at all times

No you are not able to turn the X drive off. You can only turn it off in the G series M cars. But yes you can code it out. And the 5 series is a 2011 so it has the N55 not the N54. The N55 is not TT it is a twin scroll single turbo. This is why the engine cover says "twin power turbo".

Speed sensors are usually put on the non drive wheels for the very reason of burnouts and such. It's also not very accurate if you put it on the drive wheels that may spin.

Alto Works are actually easy to get in and out of, you could easily drive it up to like 6’6”. Not terrible on the highway with the DOHC turbo, either, probably around like 5k at 60-70 mph. It sounds like a lot, but if you’re used to motorcycles 5k is nothing for small engines like that.

@@ImWagon A meme, honestly. Most cars have a bunch of pointless air in the doors that don't do much in a crash. Pedestrian safety if anything. Kei cars crash better than people think, especially if it's a single car situation. Everyone will get screwed by a school bus, go look up the pic of an H2 Hummer rear ending a bus and see how that turned out.

Also if you want an N54 car get 2009-2010 because they have the better MSD81 ECU, 2007-2008 have the pile of shit MSD80 ECU

The BMW 35 models (N54) are great. Until you have a $5k plus bill for the turbo(s) going out. One goes, gotta replace both. Can’t do it yourself? Oof. N52 is the way to go imo

328i always have 2 exhaust tips on the driver side. 335i has one exhaust tips on both side 😒

I fuckin hate Street Takeovers! I'm surprised these Old Men that yell at clouds about Mods are "How Do you Do Fellow Kids" with this random Mf on Takeovers (Racebndt is god tho). Mfs who participate in them hate cars genuinely. The cars are a means to an end like a paperplate at a cookout.
