The best thing about free weights is truly the fact that you can do ANY excercise with them for EVERY muscle groups. Cable machines have their place of course, but honestly, anyone can build an amazing natural body with only free weights and proper training. AT HOME.

I'm Devin's stepmom and I'm not totally sure but I think she probably uses the same recipe I use. I'll be glad to share...hope that's ok Dev!! 2lbs ground beef 1 onion chopped 1 can each undrained blk beans, pinto beans, dark red kidney beans, regular diced tomatoes & rotel 2 cans white corn 2 pkgs taco seasoning 2 pkgs ranch seasoning 2 cups water Brown ground beef and onion together and drain, add all other ingredients and simmer for a couple of hours. Less if you're in a hurry but longer means better flavor. Add whatever toppings you like...enjoy!!

I use the Tide free & clear paired with the Downy Honey Lavendar fabric liquid softener and that scent smells soooo good too. Downy is the best and I find the brand to be more gentle than others. 😊 I will have to try the ocean mist!
