Sitting, standing improperly, etc...all contribute to pelvic tilt. This puts your back into a bad position. Then you still think you're a badass (which you probably are) and you go shred your slalom stick....suddenly your back stiffens up. OR, if you do have stripper butt, and your back hasn't locked up yet....you're a time bomb. True story.
